NIKAH NAMA (MARRIAGE DEED)

This NIKAH NAMA (MARRIAGE DEED) is being executed at Gurugram on this 11^th day of  January, 2021

BETWEEN

S/o Sh. …………………, R/o ………………………, presently residing at ……………, hereinafter referred to as “the Husband”, (which expression, unless opposed or repugnant to the context, shall include & mean his respective Legal Heirs, Executors, Legal Representatives, Nominees, Successors, Administrators and Assigns in title) the party of the First Part

D/o ……….., R/o …………………….., presently residing at ……………, (hereinafter referred to as the “the Wife”, (which expression, unless opposed or repugnant to the context, shall include & mean his respective Legal Heirs, Executors, Legal Representatives, Nominees, Successors, Administrators and Assigns in title) the party of the Second Part.

WHEREAS both the parties got married according to Muslim customs at …………. on dated _ _.11.2020 with consent of both the families  and in the presence of family members and relatives of both the parties and since then both the parties are living with each other as husband & wife & living  a peaceful and happy life.

Whereas both the parties are the citizen of India.

Whereas both the parties belong to the Muslim religion.

And whereas the Mahr amount fixed in this marriage/nikaah is Rs. 1,51,000/- (Rs. One Lakh & Fifty One Thousand Only) with advance of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand Only) and due balance of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lakh & Fifty Thousand Only).

NOW THIS NIKAHNAMA (MARRIAGE DEED) WITNESSETH AS UNDER: –

1. That both the parties are mature and responsible for their acts and conducts.
2. That there is no force, coercion of fraud in this marriage/nikaah.
3. That there is no pressure of any person upon any party in this marriage/nikaah.
4. That both the parties will live a pious married life & will value & honor each other.
5. That the first part (husband) bound to provide all the necessary items of life as such food, clothes, shelter and daily requirement of life to the second part (wife).
6. That the first part (husband) will also provide/bear all the necessary items of life in future as well as will protect/care the second part (wife) in need & in future.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have signed this on this marriage deed/nikahnama on the Day, Month, and Year as mentioned hereinabove.

5. That there is no force, coercion of fraud in this marriage/nikaah.
6. That there is no pressure of any person upon any party in this marriage/nikaah.
7. That the Mahr (Dowry) amount fixed in this marriage/nikaah is 1,51,000/- (Rs. One Lakh & Fifty One Thousand Only) with advance of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand Only) and due balance of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lakh & Fifty Thousand Only).
8. That I am providing all necessary items of life as such food, clothes, shelter and daily requirement of my life to my wife.
9. And that the I will also provide/bear all the necessary items of life in future as well as will protect/care my wife in need & in future.
