Punjab & Haryana High Court dismissed the Protection petition of a Married woman imposing Rs. 25,000/- penalty for marrying without dissolution of Marriage. While Dismissing the  Protection Plea, the Punjab and Haryana High Court said the alliance as “Unholy”.
