Whereas both the parties were unmarried before the solemnization of the marriage.

Whereas both the parties are major and understand their good & bad (evil).

Whereas the First/Second party had married firstly and has a Baby Boy/Girl aged……….years & named ………….from his/her first marriage. And the First/Second party has solemnized his/her this second marriage after getting Divorce/Mutual Divorce in competent court of law or on the basis of decision of Panchayat.

Whereas there was no living spouse of any party at the time of solemnization of marriage.

And whereas neither of the parties to this deed is within the degree of prohibited relationship as per Hindu religion and it is duly solemnized as per Hindu religion.

NOW THIS DEED OF DECLARATION OF MARRIAGE WITNESSETH AS UNDER: –

1. That both the parties belong to the Hundu religion and the citizen of India.
2. That the first party (Mr. …………..) married to second party (Mrs. …………………………., Pre-marriage).
3. That the first party (Mr. …………..) married to the second party (Smt. ………………………….,Post-marriage) on dated ……./……/20…….. at …………………………………… in the presence of friends, relatives & well wishers.
4. That the said marriage was observed in accordance to the customs, rites and rituals provided in Hindu religion and with the sanction of the relevant law.
5. That we are major and competent to understand the union of marriage and we are responsible for our acts and conducts.
6. That the marriage has been solemnized with our free will & without any force, threat, misrepresentation, coercion, fear, fraud & pressure. Hence, neither of parties will make a complaint of other party on any basis under any force, coercion, fear, fraud & pressure of parents/relatives or any other person in any Police Station/Court/Authority.
7. That neither of the parties to this deed are idiots or lunatics at all.
8. That the parties to this deed hereby by declare to lead happy conjugal life.
9. That neither of the parties to this deed is within the degree of prohibited relationship as per Hindu religion and as it is duly sanctioned as per Hindu religion and relevant law and both the husband and wife belongs to the Caste General/BC/OBC/SC/ST and their sub Caste is “…………………..” respectively.
10. That both the parties will live a pious married life & will value & honor each other.
11. That the first part (husband) bound to provide all the necessary items of life as such food, clothes, shelter and daily requirement of life to the second part (wife).
12. That the first part (husband) will also provide/bear all the necessary items of life in future as well as will protect/care the second part (wife) in need & in future.
13. That both the parties understand the contents of this marriage deed & the same has been explained/read in vernacular language before them.
14. That it is further declared that the facts stated above are all true to the best of knowledge and belief of both the parties.
